Mr. Baird is a Certified Facility Manager and Certified Construction Contract Administrator.  He has over 20 years experience in facility and construction management experience.    He has successfully managed over $3 million in disaster recovery projects and over $100 million in school, residential and utility infrastructure projects.  He has implemented quality, maintenance, safety and capital programs for over 20 million square feet of facilities.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson and is a commercial real estate specialist with Rand Commercial Services in New City, NY.
